Go to FormSpark Dashboard → open the specific form you want to receive submissions.

  • In the form page, find the Form ID (usually shown in the form details/settings).

  • Copy the Form ID only (a short code/string).
    Paste into Our Form field:

  • FormSpark ID = the Form ID only
    Quick check: don’t paste a full URL— just the ID.
