REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy explains when refunds and our delivery guarantee apply to Nuoset services. It is designed to match the guarantee we advertise. Where your signed engagement agreement and this policy differ, the signed agreement governs.
1. The guarantee we make
For qualifying clients, we offer the following guarantee:
Delivery guarantee. We will install your system and make it live within 40 days of your project start date. The "project start date" is the date on which you have provided all access, materials, and approvals we need to begin. If we fail to deliver a live or a working installation within 40 days of the project start date due to our own fault, you are entitled to a full refund of fees paid for the installation, as described in Section 4.
Qualified-calls commitment. If qualified calls do not reach your calendar within 30 days following launch, we will continue working at no additional fee until they do, subject to the conditions and the cap in Section 3.
2. Who qualifies
This guarantee applies only to clients who, at the time of engagement and throughout the engagement:
are actively running Meta ads with a minimum monthly ad spend agreed in the engagement;
have a live offer and the ability to take sales calls;
provide required access, assets, approvals, and timely responses;
follow the reasonable implementation recommendations we provide.
If these conditions are not met, the guarantee does not apply, because the outcome depends on factors outside our control.
3. What the guarantee does and does not cover
It covers the correct installation and functioning of the system we build: the qualification form and scoring, routing, calendar booking, conversion tracking, and email sequences, and the delivery of qualified booked calls to your calendar as defined below.
A "qualified call" means a booked call from a lead that meets the qualification score threshold defined in your engagement agreement. We will define this threshold in writing before work begins so it is not open to dispute.
It does not cover, and no refund or free work is owed for, outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including: your advertising budget and how you spend it, the quality or performance of your ad creative, your offer and pricing, your sales skill or close rate, your show-up rate on booked calls, your responsiveness, and changes made by third-party platforms. We guarantee the system works and produces qualified booked calls. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, or closed deals, because we do not control those.
Cap on free work. The "continue working until qualified calls reach your calendar" commitment is capped at 30 additional days of work beyond the original launch, or 48 hours, whichever comes first. After the cap, the commitment is considered fulfilled. This cap protects both parties from an open-ended obligation.
4. How refunds work
Refund requests must be made in writing to info@nuoset.com within 14 days of the relevant trigger event.
Where a refund applies under Section 1, it covers fees paid for the installation only. It does not cover third-party costs you paid directly, such as ad spend, software subscriptions, or platform fees.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 14 business days.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun / refundable as stated in your agreement — confirm and state clearly.
5. No refund after acceptance
Once a system has been delivered, made live, is producing qualified booked calls as defined, and you have confirmed acceptance in writing, the engagement is considered complete and fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6. Audit and consultation services
Free audits and consultations carry no fee and therefore no refund. Paid audit or consultation services, where offered, are non-refundable once the audit has been delivered, because the deliverable is the analysis itself.
