Refund Policy

Because Nuoset provides digital services and begins planning, design, and project preparation after purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • change of mind after purchase

  • delays caused by missing client content or feedback

  • dissatisfaction caused by requests outside the selected package

  • completed work already delivered

  • failure to use the service after purchase

If a client requests cancellation before work has started, Nuoset may review the request and decide at its sole discretion whether a partial refund is appropriate.

If Nuoset is unable to begin or deliver the service for reasons fully within its control, a partial or full refund may be considered depending on the stage of the project.

Revision Policy

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as listed on the pricing page or offer page.

A revision round means a group of reasonable change requests submitted together after reviewing the delivered draft or version.

Revisions can include:

  • text edits

  • image replacements

  • layout adjustments

  • section order changes

  • styling refinements within the original scope

Revisions do not include:

  • a full redesign

  • a change in business direction

  • adding new pages or major new sections outside the package

  • rewriting the entire project brief after work has started

  • extra features not included in the selected package

If revision requests go beyond the original package scope, Nuoset may offer the additional work at an extra cost.

Client Responsibility

To keep the project moving efficiently, clients are expected to provide:

  • accurate business information

  • requested content and assets

  • timely feedback

  • clear revision notes

Delays in content, communication, or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.

Delivery and Approval

Once the final revision round has been completed and the updated version has been delivered, the project will be considered fulfilled.

If no revision request or response is received within [insert number] days of delivery, the project may be treated as approved and closed.

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in the offer. Revisions cover reasonable edits within the original scope, such as text changes, image swaps, layout adjustments, and styling refinements.

Revisions do not include full redesigns, additional pages, new features outside the package, or major direction changes after the project has started. Any extra work outside scope may require an additional fee.

Clients are responsible for providing the required content, branding, and feedback on time. Delays in communication or missing materials may affect delivery timelines.

If no response is received within 7 days after delivery, the project may be considered approved and closed.
