Use this when you’re connecting a signup/contact form and you only want the exact values to provide (URL / ID / API key / list name, etc.).

Option A — Connect a provider (recommended)

Pick one of the providers below and paste the required URL / ID / API keys into the setup fields.

• Mailchimp → adds subscribers to a Mailchimp Audience using your Mailchimp subscribe form action URL.

• FormSpark → sends form submissions to your FormSpark endpoint using your Form ID.

• Loops → adds subscribers to a Loops mailing list, and can optionally assign a User Group (segmentation).

• Waitlist (GetWaitlist) → adds emails to your GetWaitlist list using your Waitlist ID (and your form can show a success message / open a URL depending on what your form UI supports).

Option B — Send your embed code (we’ll place it for you)

If you already have a form created in another tool, you can send us the HTML embed code and we’ll use that instead of a provider connection.

What to send

• The full embed code snippet (HTML / script) exactly as the provider gives it

• Any required settings mentioned by the provider (if they have them)
